    Ag just emailed me back. Anyone interested in Kits meet outfit here is their response...

    The Kit
    Meet Outfit (product code QMO) is available for $20. The sandals for the outfit
    (product code QMO-03) are sold separately for $8 plus shipping on both.
    To save on shipping charges, you may wish to waituntil you place another order and add the item at that time.

    So they are saying that shipping may be a lot and to wait and add it to a future order.

    They've been putting that part about shipping on for years- not just recently.

    It's because if you are only ordering a pair of $8 shoes, you are going to pay a lot in shipping, but if you order a lot of stuff, the shipping is a smaller percentage of each item.

    Plus, they like big orders.
